I understand that recently there had been a shortage of your mashed potatoes. It shocked me because I’ve been having Boston Market since I was a child and now I’m 31. My fiancé never experienced the wonderful taste of Boston Market, I wanted him to have that amazing experience I always had ever since I was younger. It was to my disappointment that mashed potatoes and a variety of other things were not available in any of the Boston markets near our household. I even traveled 45 minutes out of our way to try and locate a Boston Market that had mashed potatoes available. I came across a manager who said it was her first time in 20 years she had ever seen something like that. Today I looked to see that mashed potatoes were available on Uber eats, I was excited because finally my fiancé would be able to try this amazing experience I had been talking to him about. We made an order of the Crispy chicken with gravy along with the mashed potatoes. To my EXTREME dissatisfaction and disappointment the mashed potatoes , gravy and chicken did not only look different but taste different . The mashed potatoes were NOT the original Boston Market mashed potatoes. I think I was in the most shock I had ever been. It tasted like a southern food spot had just slapped on some basic super salty fluffed mashed potatoes onto our plate. I cannot believe Boston Market would do something like this and try to deceive it’s customers into believing that’s the potatoes we would want to consume. Also, the gravy is one of Boston markets best items, and that too is a weird color, super thick and not very tasteful. The chicken was hard and not crispy at all, not the same chicken that used to be served. I don’t know if Boston Market thinks their customers won’t notice or that we are stupid but we aren’t. True Boston Market lovers KNOW the differences. I will not be purchasing good from this place franchise any longer if this is what you guys decide to serve. It’s very VERY unfortunate , because I loved Boston Market with all of my heart as dumb as that sounds and now it’s one of my least favorite places to eat. PLEASE RECONSIDER CHANGING BACK THE MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY AND CRISPY CHICKEN AND GIVE THE CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY DESERVE AND WANT. I HOPE AND PRAY THIS IS A TEMPORARY CHANGE. Thank you .
