Introduction
We, the undersigned, are petitioning for the reopening of Babylon Woodbridge, located at 3081 Golansky Blvd, Woodbridge, VA 22192, a beloved establishment that has been a cornerstone of our community for 10 years, which opened on April 20th, 2015. This venue has provided countless memories, entertainment, and joy to residents and visitors alike. Its closure has left a significant void in our local culture and economy.

• Why Reopen Babylon Woodbridge?
  Community Engagement: Babylon Woodbridge has been a gathering place for individuals of all ages, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• Cultural Significance: The venue has hosted numerous events, performances, and activities that celebrate our diverse culture and heritage, by giving back to the community in Prince William County, Virginia.  This venue has helped and allowed individuals, corporations, small businesses, fraternities, and other organizations to host an array of events such as the following:
• Annual Turkey Drives: Providing Thanksgiving meals to families in need within the community.
• Annual Toys for Tots: Bringing joy to our youth by delivering Christmas toys to those in need.
• Food Drives: Distributing thousands of pounds of food to support community members.
• Fundraisers: Raising money to support the Prince William County Shelter and other non-profit organizations.
• Period Project: Collecting and distributing essential personal hygiene items for children and women in need.
• Bingo Nights: Creating a safe and fun environment for the community to play bingo and win exciting prizes.
• Poker Nights: Offering a secure space for the community to enjoy poker while competing for great prizes.
• Karaoke Nights: Showcasing local talent in a welcoming setting where participants can win cash prizes.
• Charity Events: Hosted by fraternity chapters to support various causes.
• Annual Easter Drive: Donating Easter baskets to the Hilda Berg Shelter to bring smiles to those in need.
• Vendor Showcases: Highlighting local vendors and small businesses from DC, Maryland, and Virginia, offering them a platform to connect with the community.
• Back-to-School Drives: Collecting and distributing thousands of essential school supplies to ensure students are prepared for success.
• Halloween Drive: Spreading spooky cheer by collecting and distributing Halloween costumes, candy, and decorations to children and families in need, ensuring everyone gets to enjoy the magic of Halloween! 
• Pop-Up Shops: Supporting small businesses and local entrepreneurs by hosting pop-up shop events, providing a platform for them to showcase their unique products and connect directly with the community. These events foster creativity, networking, and a vibrant local economy!
• Catering Services: Providing high-quality, customizable catering options tailored to local businesses and community events. Whether it's corporate lunches, festive gatherings, or casual meetups, we bring delicious food and exceptional service to elevate any occasion. Supporting the community, one meal at a time! 
• Economic Impact: This business has contributed to the local economy by creating jobs, supporting nearby businesses, and attracting visitors from outside of the State of Virginia.
• Positive Influence: Babylon Woodbridge has offered a safe and enjoyable environment for recreation and leisure, positively impacting the mental and emotional well-being of our community members.

Our Request
We respectfully request the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Authority and stakeholders to take immediate action to facilitate the reopening of Babylon Woodbridge. We believe that with the right support and resources, this establishment can continue to thrive and serve our community for many years to come.
