1) We, the undersigned residents of the Rural City of Wangaratta, petition the Council to allocate funding or resources toward developing a safe, accessible, climate-controlled indoor play space for children aged 0–12 years, or at least make it accessible for a business minded person to do as such. 

2) Current local infrastructure leaves families with zero affordable indoor options during extreme winter cold, or wet weather. An indoor play space is vital for early childhood development, socialisation, mental health for parents, and keeping community dollars local rather than forcing families to travel to major hubs.
