We, the undersigned alumni, parents, and supporters of John Marshall High School, demand the reinstatement of a 7th-hour athletics period to restore structure, support, and safety for our student-athletes.

Why It Matters:

• JM athletes are losing ground to other schools with structured practice time.
• After-school structure is critical to keeping our kids out of trouble and. focused
• This issue affects all sports, not just football.
• John Marshall has the talent, but it needs the resources to compete.

What We’re Asking For:

• Reinstate 7th-hour athletics at JM
• Provide equitable support across all sports
• Build toward district-wide access to 7th-hour athletics at all OKCPS school

Our kids need structure, mentorship, and a fair shot at success.
