Bring back "100% FULL REFUND/Change date" policy for KTM services
The Issue
KTM Berhad has been serving as a transportation provider in Malaysia for years. They have trains around the country so citizens from each state could travel interstate and intercity hassle-free. Ever since they have moved to online system, they removed full 100% refund from their refund policy.
This would not be an issue if we can cancel the ticket and get a full refund before 3days or more. However, they have made it where we only get partial refund if we cancel the ticket.

This is not fair and has forced customers to pay for a service they did not experience. THIS HAS TO BE CHANGED.
