Bring awareness to Womens Rights.

Bring awareness to Womens Rights.
The Issue
Women's rights is a movement to make women have equality in marriages and equal access to education and employment. Our society believes that men are superior to women which creates this inequality. We believe women should have the same amount of rights and opportunities that men have. Women's rights are human rights, and it's time that we bring awareness to the issues that women face every day.
Did you know that women makeup 50% of the world's population but only hold 24% of parliamentary seats globally? (source: UN Women) This lack of representation means that policies affecting women are often made without their input or consideration.
Women's rights are important because women went through thousands of years without rights. Women only started to gain voting rights on June 4, 1919. Voting started in the 1860s. This shows women fought for around 40 years just to vote.
Women get dress-coded more than men do because their girls and I think that women have the right to wear whatever they want. If the school has a problem with it then they should make the same rules for dress code what goes for the girls goes for the boys too because that's sexist only giving girls some dress codes and boys barely any.“Girls are also 5.5 times more likely to get suspended from school due to dress code than boys.”
We can make a change by bringing awareness to this issue. People need to learn that even though women have more rights than they did 100 years ago, issues all around the world are happening because women don't have the same rights as men.
