I will take the opportunity to request gluten free items be stocked in grocery stores as well as gluten free menus being offered at restaurants, including fast food restaurants. For example, Publix will order special food items for individuals who request them. Those items are stocked on a separate shelf when they come in. Publix also has a brochure listing all of the gluten free products they carry. I have also asked Whole Foods in my area to stock "Sami Bread" which is gluten free, even though it's not labeled gluten free.
