Bring Attention to Corruption in one of the coldest Halls of Justice: Hampden Superior
Why this petition matters
Richard's Story: He is looking to bring awareness to a dishonest prosecutor in Hampden County Superior Court. She ruined Richard's life by misrepresenting evidence and has done the same for many other people. Bringing attention to this injustice can help others who have had or may have a similar experience.
Richard Andrews is also the Founder/Chief Executive Officer of the newly founded brand, Paypah City™, which I've been working on introducing to the world the moment Covid-19 made its way behind the walls of Massachusetts maximum security prison, otherwise known as Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center. It happened to be one of the most challenging moments of my life, because the destination of Covid-19 was truly uncertain. I was scared, and that's when I thought about my children. See, a lot of people don't really know about the heartache & pain that most mother's and father's in prison actually suffer from. Its extremely hard, because so many of us want to be supportive, but were only able to earn $1.00 a day. Then its split. $3.50 in the personal account, and $3.50 in the savings account. That's not enough money to fulfill the duties of motherhood nor fatherhood. So for many years I had nothing to offer them. That's what influenced me to create Paypah City™ because it felt like something was misunderstood when it concerned the financial stability of a parent behind the wall that has very little, but its the city within the mother or father that silently encourages him/her to rise and become independent. The system becomes a reflection of poverty, but the view is certainly unbalanced, because the dynamics of one world is completely different from what really matters when you no longer exist within society.
That's what forced me to share my story. I know what it feels like to be forgotten, and the only thing left to figure out is the measure of your intellect. That's how the prison system is designed... Keep the body, but dismantle the mind, because there's so many people behind the prison walls that fear what they don't know or understand. That's why its important to read and write, but the most important element is discovering your purpose in life. I discovered my purpose when I launched my own brand of hats and such with my first trademark brand: Paypah City™...a New England twist on the pronunciation of Paper City. I felt it was necessary for me to create a brand for the city of Springfield, Massachusetts. The city where all of my problems began. However, my children have always been my peace of mind, a reflection of every breath that I take and living proof that I still have some good left inside of me. Many have turned their backs on me, but what has never left my side is my creative mind, which has proven that there's something very intriguing about a parent that has nothing to offer but their natural self. Its been like that ever since I was 12-years old. I grew up around drugs and violence. Springfield, Massachusetts has always been the city where money was king, and I'm hoping that one day my brand becomes legendary with the help and support of all those who have taken the time to become knowledgeable of my journey. Still, the passion that I have within my heart. Its what I would like to symbolize with my brand.
