Bring Sam’s Club to Alamogordo, New Mexico

The residents of Alamogordo, New Mexico and surrounding communities, respectfully request that Sam's Club consider opening a new store and fuel station in Alamogordo, NM.

Currently, many residents must travel long distances to the nearest Sam’s Club locations in nearby cities such as Las Cruces and El Paso. This creates unnecessary fuel expenses, increased travel time, and causes significant local spending to leave our region.

Alamogordo serves as an important regional hub for Otero County and nearby rural communities. The area is also home to many military families connected to Holloman Air Force Base, along with local residents who would greatly benefit from affordable bulk shopping and fuel access. Proposed Location:

would be an ideal and practical location for a future Sam’s Club store and fuel station.

This location offers several advantages:

Existing large-scale commercial retail structure

Currently vacant or underutilized property with redevelopment potential
Possible room for expansion or redesign to support a fuel station if needed
