I've always carried a deep love for Chipotle. It's not just a restaurant, it's a piece of culinary art. Unfortunately, despite my passion, there's simply no Chipotle located here in the Niagara Region, ON, Canada. This is not just my personal sorrow; it is a feeling shared amongst many others in our community. 

The Niagara Region is a vibrant area housing over 447,888 residents, and growing consistently. We possess a passionate community that thrives on diversity, and one thing we all agree on is our love for good food (Statistics Canada, 2018). Yet, sadly, we lack the robust and flavorful experience that Chipotle offers.

Chipotle is not just any restaurant. It is recognised as an industry leader in serving food with integrity, sourcing high-quality raw ingredients and practicing sophisticated cooking techniques. It has over 2,750 locations as of 2020 in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and France; however, our region has been overlooked (Chipotle Annual Report, 2020).

Our community deserves better than this current food void, as well as the obligation to travel to nearby towns for a basic burrito bowl. We believe the addition of Chipotle in Niagara would enrich our residents' dining options while promoting and aligning with our cosmopolitan lifestyle.

Therefore, with our collective effort, let's get a Chipotle restaurant here in the Niagara Region. Besides benefiting our community, it would also contribute to Chipotle's ongoing international expansion and enhance its reputation amongst a wider audience.
