Airlines are lobbying the European Union to reduce the rights of passengers, who have suffered a heavily delayed or cancelled flight.
Under the current EU Regulation, passengers are entitled to compensation, if their flight arrives at its final destination more than 3 hours late. Airlines want to change these rules to avoid paying out compensation.   

Thanks to https://www.getairhelp.com I got compensation for a 4 hour delayed flight, but it will be impossible if the new proposed regulation is approved. I’m worried that the airlines will use their deep pockets to lobby against passenger protection.

It’s time to show that we won't be quiet about our passenger rights . 

I’m asking for your support, Brian Simpson, President of the European Parliament’s Transport and Tourism Committee (TRAN), to stop the proposed change of the air passenger right regulation. 

The proposal gives the power to airlines and cuts back passengers rights around Europe. We will be unprotected!
