Today, Premier Brian Pallister announced he is tightening restrictions even further, at this point you aren’t allowed to even see a single person outside your household, and cannot leave for non essential purposes. You also cannot sell non essential goods if you are a business. These restrictions are severely unconstitutional, and violate our Charter rights that we are guaranteed to have no matter what. At this point, Mr. Pallister believes his emergency powers have no limits and that he can do whatever he wants with them. 

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that Mr. Pallister remove the unfair and unconstitutional restrictions on our freedoms and civil liberties immediately. He is not protecting Manitobans anymore, he is hurting us. We also would like to request that, if Mr. Pallister cannot do the right thing and release the extreme restrictions, that he must resign immediately and allow a free and fair election for a new leader.

We the citizens want answers, we need answers. We cannot stand for this any longer. Please add your name to the petition, so that we can convince Mr. Pallister to do the right thing. Our civil liberties are important and we know our rights under the Charter.
