The problem we have is a shrinking economy on the verge of another shutdown from surging pandemic cases. The solution is the legislation of private use of medicinal and recreational cannabis. Also the private and commercial growth and harvest of hemp and cannabis. Creating a CET (Cannabis Enforcement Team) to police licensed growers and make sure all laws are followed. I believe the taxes that would then be applied to all sales of cannabis and accessories that are already available for purchase now. Would be a significant push in the rebuild and recovery to our state and local governments.
