Banko Cantina is a Downtown Rooftop Bar/Mexican Restaurant located at 114 S.Olive Ave. West Palm Beach FL 33401. The Owner name is Sam Sanchez.

A tragic event happened Sunday April 11th 2021, A young lady was intoxicated head back unconscious in the middle of the dance floor getting violated by a young man. As this was happening several people were recording with flash on. Security did nothing to stop it as it was happening. Action occurred as another young lady tried to stop it that was when the security guard hopped in and kicked out the intoxicated young girl out of the establishment. She was left outside with no help, The next morning as people started to find out what happened, Banko wrote a statement basically saying they referred it to the police station and showed no remorse to the young lady. Their apology was firing two security guards and pretending to sympathize with the young lady.

The problem is this is not the first time a situation like this has occurred. There has been several other incidents when Banko Cantina showed no remorse nor sympathy towards victims. Victims do not come forward due to the lack of care they receive from establishments just like Banko Cantina. My question is how can a security guard care if you have Air Jordan but not someone's safety? 

The solution the Justice would be to get a new owner and new staff members. Sam Sanchez had many chances to fix his mistakes but events keep occurring so my local community and I want a stop to it therefore we want change for our safety and a new owner that cares for his customers also improve new staff members.
