Bob Baffert over the past several years has had multiple horses fail drug tests with no recourse at all. His superstar 3yo Filly Gamine has flunked two tests within a five month period.

Multiple horses in Bob Baffert's barn died between July 1, 2011, and June 30, 2012. A review of necropsy reports showed that four horses trained by Baffert died in training or racing. Three additional horses have died suddenly related to cardiovascular failure between Aug. 20, 2012, and March 14, 2013.
