CALL, EMAIL, SIGN, SHARE: If you love Hyde Park Square and don’t want to see it permanently transformed by a development that ignores the current zoning laws  please take 15 minutes, click here and start calling and emailing CITY COUNCIL members’ offices. They WANT to hear what you think. Please call each of them and the Mayor! Leave a message with their staff, then follow-up with an email. 

The message: Make this developer adhere to existing zoning codes and do NOT vote to approve the Planned Development.

THEY WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! If you live, work, own a business, spend money in Hyde Park, or think your Cincinnati neighborhood’s zoning laws will be ignored CALL CITY COUNCIL AND THE MAYOR!

LAST WEEK'S MEETING: While we did not get a "win" from the City Planning Commission we did gain a FIERCE ally in Vice Mayor and City Council Member Jan Michele Lemon Kearney.  She LISTENED to our objections and was adamant that our objections should NOT be ignored. (Thank you Vice Mayor!!)

WHAT'S NEXT? The development plan will go to the City Council Equitable Growth and Housing Committee. It is not on their agenda yet. It could be scheduled for March 25th OR April 8th at 1 PM. PLEASE PENCIL IN THESE DATES!

PACK CITY HALL & KEEP FIGHTING!  Last week, people filled the room with the decision-makers and showed the City how important this decision is to our community. We need to show up and remind them - AGAIN!  We strongly encourage you to join us in person at the meeting on March 25 or April 8 at 1 PM.
