On December 15th a video was uploaded to Facebook showing an assault recorded at Branson High School showing a white female student attacking a black male student. In the video the white student can be heard cursing and using racial slurs including the N word toward the black student, who is standing in the hall taking the attack without yelling back or defending himself. We applaud his cool headedness and restraint! The female aggressor is then seen pushing and slapping the black student in the face! 

sign this petition to let Branson Public Schools know violence and racism of any form is abhorrent and will NOT be tolerated! Demand that they release a public statement regarding the incident that took place so the public can be assured BHS is a safe and inclusive place for all students! Racism is never okay, violence is never okay and in our High Schools it will not be tolerated! Demand Branson High School explain why the victim was punished for being physically assaulted! 

Facebook deleted the original video so I put a link to the video on Facebook in this petition! Please share this so we can hold the people in charge accountable and make sure this is addressed to the community! Call the school district and let them know how outraged you are with the silence.
