What do you do when a Police officer lies, covers up facts, downplays events, etc. because they don't want to admit THAT THEY WERE WRONG, THAT THEY MADE A HUGE MISTAKE?

 

What do you do when an organization ONLY CARES ABOUT LOOKING GOOD AND NOT ABOUT GETTING TO THE REAL TRUTH?  What do you do when they will GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PROTECT THEIR IMAGE AND THEIR REPUTATION AT ALL COSTS?

 

Such is my case.  The City of Brandon and the Mayor's office OVERSEES the Brandon City Police.

 

My neighbor STOLE my 9 yr. old daughter's puppy from our yard.  She LIED to the Brandon City Police, she bore FALSE WITNESS against me to her lawyer, to The Brandon City Police, to a judge, to my neighbors, to ANYONE WHO WOULD LISTEN TO HER.  One of the women who helped her do this, told me ALL about this, how they did this and how they GOT AWAY WITH THIS.

 

This woman had agreed to train my 9 yr. old daughter's puppy for us.  When I went to pick up my daughter's puppy, she said to me, "Well, I've gotten attached to Peaches and as far as I'm concerned, she's mine now.  You'll have to get a lawyer to get her back."

 

I took our puppy back.  I pulled her from our neighbor's arms.  She hit me, kicked me and told her other dog to bite me.  She slapped me across the face.  I DID NOTHING except PULL MY DAUGHTER'S PUPPY OUT OF HER ARMS!

 

 In anger, she then phoned the Brandon City Police and SHE LIED AND GAVE FALSE TESTIMONY and told them that I had assaulted her, WHICH I NEVER DID, EVER!  I NEVER TOUCHED THIS WOMAN!  My children were standing on the balcony and they saw the entire event.

 

Legal Aid in Brandon, Manitoba says they CANNOT HELP ME because a dog is NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH for them to give me a lawyer.  They told me to go to The Brandon City Police and have charges LAID AGAINST THIS WOMAN.

 

The Brandon City Police WON'T HELP ME because they said that my 30 days to lay charges against her is up.  I had previously asked an officer to charge her because she is lying but he dismissed my claim BECAUSE HE SAID THAT HE BELIEVED THIS OLDER WOMAN.  Well, what do you do then?

 

This woman MUST have mental health issues.  She has a HISTORY of calling the Brandon City Police when her husband was alive but I CANNOT AFFORD A LAWYER TO PROVE ALL OF THESE CLAIMS IN COURT.

 

This woman then tells ALL these lies to my neighbors, to the media, to anyone who will listen to her.  Some neighbors rally to help her.  One neighbor's son comes up to my daughter DRUNK and harasses my 9 yr. old when she is out walking her puppy.

 

This neighbor then begins to stalk our yard.  She takes my daughter's puppy OUT of our yard and then I CANNOT AFFORD to pick it up from the Animal Pound and THEY THEN ADOPT THIS PUPPY OUT TO MY NEIGHBOR, WHO LIVES DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM US, in spite of ALL PREVIOUS EVENTS THAT HAVE TRANSPIRED BETWEEN US!  This woman had called this Animal ByLaw Officer EVERY DAY.  She told the courts that SHE picked up this puppy.  The Animal ByLaw Officer tells the courts that he gave this puppy to her daughter.  WHO IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH?

 

I saw her daughter taking our puppy over to her mother.  Some say that the daughter worked at this Animal Pound.  Others tell us that the ByLaw officer is a nephew to this neighbor or one of the other neighbors who is her friend.

 

I have 5 witnesses who say that their puppies were also taken away by this SAME ByLaw officer.  When I give the names and phone numbers of ALL of these witnesses to the Brandon City Police, suddenly NONE OF THEM MYSTERIOUSLY show up in court to testify on my behalf when over the phone ALL have told me that they were also victims and WOULD show up in court!  ALL are single parents and ALL had neighbors who complained about their puppies and EVERY ONE OF THEM had their puppies taken away from them!

 

One Brandon City Police Officer tells his Superior that he looked into my file.  This is AN ABSOLUTE LIE.  He DID NOTHING.  He was cocky, rude, arrogant and he made a judgment call on me because of the lies that this older woman told him.

 

This woman who laid these FALSE CHARGES AGAINST ME is an elderly woman.  The Brandon City Police is DISCRIMINATING against me because they are CHOOSING TO BELIEVE THE FALSE TESTIMONY of this woman because of her age.

 

This puppy was a pet from my daughter's father WHOM SHE HARDLY EVER GETS TO SEE.  My daughter named her puppy after her daddy.  We drove 8 hours to bring this puppy home to Brandon, Manitoba, Canada.  This was the VERY FIRST PET AND GIFT THAT SHE HAD EVER RECEIVED FROM HER FATHER!

 

This lying neighbor ALREADY HAD A DOG AND TWO CATS!

 

My daughter cried for HALF A YEAR over her puppy!  She gained a COPIUS AMOUNT OF WEIGHT.  She COULDN'T SLEEP.  She MISSED SCHOOL.  I had to take her to Counsellors.

 

When my lovely daughter saw her puppy RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM US, she came into the house CRYING, SCREAMING, PLEADING WITH ME TO DO SOMETHING.  I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVER SINCE!

 

I have been trying to do something for 3 years now!  I CANNOT AFFORD A LAWYER and so this woman's lies prevail.  The TRUTH is NOT getting out there and the LIES HAVE WON!

 

Could you please HELP ME GET JUSTICE FOR MY DAUGHTER?  Is there a lawyer out there who would be willing to take my case?

 

When we pray the Our Father we say, "Thy Will be done ON EARTH as it is in Heaven."  When I die and stand before God, these truths that I have told you now will be revealed to all.  Should I have to wait THIS LONG to get JUSTICE for my daughter and myself?

 

What do you do when justice is denied and the liar/s win and your local police have HELPED the perpetrators themselves to win because of their OWN PRIDE AND EGOS, etc.?

 

My daughter said to me, "Mom, I guess I'll have to wait until Peaches dies and I die before I can be with my best friend in the whole world."  She then also said to me, "Mom, now I know how it REALLY IS in the world."

 

My daughter is a LOVELY CHILD!  She and I DO NOT DESERVE WHAT WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH because a selfish, covetous neighbor WANTS SOMETHING THAT DID NOT BELONG TO HER!  

 

Is this how it works in the world?  You WANT SOMETHING THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS AND SO YOU LIE TO THE POLICE, TO YOUR NEIGHBORS AND THEN YOU SOLICIT THEIR HELP IN TAKING A PUPPY AWAY FROM A CHILD?  Then you try to RUIN the reputation of a woman who also just happens to be a single parent with VERY LIMITED resources?

 

Is this what our world has come to?

 

I ran AGAINST this Mayor in the last Municipal election in 2006 in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada.  The City of Brandon OVERSEES ALL OF THESE DEPARTMENTS.  When another woman called asking for help about this SAME situation, the Mayor's Secretary told her that, "Well, the Mayor would NEVER OVERRULE A BYLAW OFFICER."

 

I called and spoke to the Secretary and she said to me, "Oh, your poor neighbors!"  CAN YOU IMAGINE THIS?

 

I am a woman, a single parent and I don't have the money to obtain the services of a lawyer; therefore I am basically powerless.

 

Prior to this, I wrote a Letter to the Editor of our local paper, The Brandon Sun, in which I stated that the city needed new ideas and I was critical of the leadership of our city.  The Pastor of the church I attended asked me to leave.  He was FRIENDS with this Mayor.  The Mayor's CAMPAIGN MANAGER AND MOST OF HIS CAMPAIGN TEAM in the 2006 Municipal election were from this SAME CHURCH.

 

Next, the President of the Manitoba Teacher's Society was ALSO FROM THIS SAME CHURCH.  I have NEVER BEEN ALLOWED BACK TO SUBSTITUTE TEACH since this time.

 

The last thing they then did was that a MEMBER OF THIS SAME CHURCH, was the one who HELPED THIS NEIGHBOR AND WHO TOLD ME ALL ABOUT HOW THIS NEIGHBOR BROUGHT PEACHES OVER TO HER HOUSE AND HOW, TOGETHER THEY PHONED THE ANIMAL POUND, etc.

 

Our puppy had NEVER been out of our yard before.  There was a break in our fence where these neighbors said that Peaches escaped from but PEACHES DID NOT KNOW HOW TO CLIMB UP ON ALL OF THOSE LOGS AND GET OUT FROM THERE.  She had NEVER been out before!  This was a LIE THAT THEY FABRICATED TO COLLABORATE THEIR STORY.  

 

How do you get JUSTICE when you have SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE WORKING TOGETHER AND WHO WILL COLLABORATE TOGETHER IN THEIR LIES?

 

PLEASE HELP ME GET JUSTICE!  PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN!
