Brinda Schendel started this petition to Governor Brad Little

In January Governor Little appointed Coeur d Alene pastor Tim Remington to fill a vacant position in the Idaho house seat B.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak Governor Little issued a stay at home order. Tim Remington, who is the head pastor of The Alter Church, held services following the stay at home order being in effect. In Kootenai County the cases of COVID-19 are going up rapidly with many pointing to community contact. There are people who have tested positive for COVID-19 who are active members of The Alter Church's congregation. As a community member, not to mention a lawmaker, pastor, and representative for the members of this community, he should put the health and safety of people first as well as set an example by following the Governor's orders. But instead he is ignoring the order and the health of our community.
If Tim wants to use the separation of church and state as a defense to going against the Governors order he has no business being both a house representative and a church pastor. And as the Governor who appointed him you should also be the one to remove him.
