On the 12th of August, 2022, at about 11pm, I was assualted by 3 girls in the toilets of the VUE CINEMAS (Shepherds Bush W12- opposite Westfield). I was watching the movie "NOPE" when at around 10:55pm I need to use the toilets. 3 girls were inside the toilet and seeing me alone, they attacked me, with the intention to rob me of my belongins. I shouted for help, however their security and staff refused to help, saying they are told it is not their responsibility and they are told not to get involved. I suffered wrists and neck injury. The girls hit me and took my phone and wallet and tried to grab my watch too, breaking it. I continued to plead with the staff to help me stop the girls, however they did nothing and did not even bother to call the police. I was badly shaken and crying. A bystander took pity on me and lend me his phone and I myself called 999 on the bystanders phone while the staff and security did nothing. The Vue Cinemas have taken no responsibility and blame the victim for not taking their own due diligence. The cinema staff has lied about the whole incident, victimising me again and again. Absolutely  NO Empathy offered to the victim and they are just eager to brush this under the carpet, shrugging any acknowledgment for lack of professional failure to protect customer in their premises. Absolutely  APPALLING! 
update: Hi everyone. This incident is not just a one off. It has happened to women before me and also after me. I know for sure. I need those women to come forward and to connect with me so that I can prove to VUE that this is not a one off and they need to either make those premises safe or close it down. Please help me spread the word. Please sign and share petition and reach out to as many people as you can. We need to warn all women/ children not to visit this cinema as they are not safe. Thank you
