I am a long-time NFL fan, and like many, I see each game as more than just players on a field. It's about sportsmanship, fair play, and equality. Yet over time, I've noticed an unsettling trend - a favoritism the NFL seems to show towards the Chiefs. This hit me hard as a fan believing in the sanctity of fair play.

The issue arises when the principle of fair competition is undermined by bias, however subtle. Such favoritism contradicts the core values of professional sports and the NFL's own commitment to integrity ("All games are played on the up-and-up, with no interference", NFL's official mission statement). It is on this basis that I am calling on fellow football enthusiasts to boycott the upcoming Super Bowl between the Eagles and the Chiefs.

By boycotting, we are standing up for every team that has been disadvantaged and for every fan who values fairness in sports. This is not about denying the Chiefs or any team their hard-earned victories. It's about challenging a system that feels skewed, creating an uneven playing field that detracts from the pure enjoyment of the game.

The greatest way to force the NFL to be fair is to hit them where it hurts, ad revenue lost from a small viewership in the Super Bowl will hurt the League more than our complaining ever will.
