Boycott the New York Post for their racist cartoon!

On Weds. Feb. 18th, the New York Post ran an offensive political cartoon involving police, a chimpanzee and a reference to the stimulus package.  If anybody has not seen this cartoon check out this article:

Racism is alive and well in the US!!!! (Obviously)
This is not acceptable in a so-called civilized society.  The Post stands behind this cartoon:  Editor-in-Chief of New York Post Col Allan said: "The cartoon is a clear parody of a current news event -- the shooting of a violent chimpanzee in Connecticut. It broadly mocks Washington's efforts to revive the economy."
But this "cartoon," even if you give them some leeway, still reeks of racism and callousness.
Join me in not just boycotting the New York Post, but send them an email letting them know that you are boycotting them.  Be sure to tell them why.  Progressive people don't find "cartoons" like this amusing or even appropriate!
