As a society that is constantly glued to it's mobile devices we have seen the mobile gaming industry grow exponentially for many years. Plenty of the games out there are safe and enjoyable because they come from reputable and long known companies that have staked their brand on customer satisfaction. 

Unfortunately with every good mobile game or app there are 100x more that are predatory in nature or dangerous to the people who play them. "tap4fun" is one such company. "tap4fun" is a developer located in China that pushes out games as fast as possible with the predatory "pay to win" methodology that literally sinks it's hooks into people who are prone to spending money on digital fluff and they don't care about policing their games or supporting their customers in any way. It's twice as bad if you are a free to play player then you can often expect no help at all.

Pay to win games are everywhere and that system of fleecing customers is never going to go away until as a society we all agree that it is a terrible practice. But before we can tackle that hurdle we need to focus on another form of consumer safety and "tap4fun" has violated this imperative at every turn.

Like every company "tap4fun" has a list of terms of service that all users must automatically agree to when they play their games. Unfortunately "tap4fun" does not uphold their end of the terms and allow many of their players to run rampant across all servers in the forms of racism, sexual harassment, all forms of harassment actually, stalking and even doxxing people and allowing their personal information, addresses, photos, etc. to be posted in the game itself. Doxxing is a crime in many countries, states or locales as is cyber bullying or "harassment communications" in case you weren't aware. If you are a victim of any of these things please check with your local authorities to find out what your rights are!

"tap4fun" customer support in game takes days to respond to their tickets and often times it is a generic copy/paste message where you can clearly see they don't read what the tickets are actually about. When the message isn't generic they present you with answers that defy all logic up to and including "We do not support human flesh"-- if they take any action at all it is a temporary muting of the offending player or players for a few hours. Not even blocking or muting them is sufficient enough to stop them from posting personal data or photos inside the game.

This type of environment is not safe for anyone but it is especially dangerous for children and it would appear that a great many of the players impacted by these dangerous activities are women.

With your help I would like to bring these bad actors into the light and to ensure that nobody else in their player base is harmed by such hateful and harmful actions. Please help me achieve this by signing this petition, reporting every game made by "tap4fun" (especially "KINGDOM GUARD TOWER DEFENSE TD") in both the Google Play and Apple stores as well as actively avoiding their games. Tell your friends and spread the word! If you are already a current player I would even go so far as to recommend you request refunds where available.

As one of the victims in "tap4fun's" KINGDOM GUARD TOWER DEFENSE game it is my hope that by creating this awareness they will improve their customer service practices and protect their customers or have their game(s) removed from the Google Play and Apple stores where they can no longer prey on people's wallets or violate the terms and conditions of those respective app stores.
