On June 30, 2023 the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Lorie Smith, owner of 303 Creative a company that has manufactured a case to argue for the right of businesses to refuse services to LGBTQ+ people based on their interpretation of the First Amendment. 

We believe that such actions promote discrimination, undermine progress toward equality, and perpetuate harm against marginalized communities.

By leveraging the First Amendment right to free speech, 303 Creative has attempted to justify and legitimize discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals.

Boycotting 303 Creative is a means of demonstrating our commitment to fostering inclusive and accepting communities. It is crucial to stand up against discrimination and prejudice in all its forms, particularly when it targets marginalized groups such as the LGBTQ+ community. We firmly believe that businesses should be held accountable for their actions and the impact they have on the well-being and dignity of individuals.
