535 Washington Street is a bad location to place a Cannabis Dispensary.

REASONS WHY IT IS A BAD LOCATION

1.       This is a high traffic area.

2.       It is already difficult to find parking.

3.       It is in a very dangerous/lethal intersection.

4.       This is a massive building with a large amount of storage (4,500 sq foot facility).

5.       They intend to have 4 cashiers and 12 employees (more business than Dunkin Donuts).

6.       They do not provide parking; this will add more traffic with double parking in an already busy and dangerous intersection.

7.       The store will change the residential character Oak Square community.

8.       Cannabis dispensaries should be located in an industrial zone so as not to impact negatively residents and businesses.
