We need a law in Bosnia against animal cruelty. Dusa is an example of why they still mistreat the dogs and other animals. Bosnia is home to what is most probably the world's most complicated system of government - BUT THEY NEED TO HAVE A LAW AGAINST ANIMAL CRUELTY!!! Sign and we will make this happen! We need 100.000 supporters...

Bosnia have actually an animal welfare legislation but the problem is implementation of Act on Protection and Welfare of Animals and Criminal Act so we will have a meeting with them who are responsible for implementation of laws.
