Information about the Coronavirus and it’s impact on health and everyday life is not being made accessible to Deaf. It is vital that the Deaf have equal access to this. Subtitled information is always good but many Deaf people need to have the information in their language which is British Sign Language to ensure full understanding. Other governments across the world do ensure interpreters are side by side with officials giving out such vital information- we need to do the same.
