Many NHS organisations have set up companies which undercut their staff by having staff work on the bank for less pay and not Agenda For Change ( AfC) pay ( time and a half or double pay on bank Holidays)

We would like the government to ensure all NHS bank services who are set up by NHS organisations or NHS foundation Trusts,  comply with AfC and pay all substantive staff working over and above  37.5  hours in the NHS , or NHS Bank services, the correct AfC pay.

- This would boost morale in the NHS 

-  Boris Johnson said he owes a debt to nhs staff 

- This isn't something extra we are asking , it's already agreed in staff terms and conditions, but it just needs NHS organisations to comply with the AfC rules up and down the country.
