DAVID CAMERON - FIGHT FOR BRITISH SOVEREIGNTY OR RESIGN!
The Issue
If you believe it is the duty of a British Prime Minister to fight for British Sovereignty then please sign this important petition – Thank you.
Prime Minister, the people of Britain see it is your duty to back the ‘leave’ campaign, as in doing so, you will be fighting to restore Britain’s fundamental right to exclusive-self-governance. If you cannot change your position, then then we request that your role as Prime Minister be put to a parliamentary motion of no confidence, as the British people demand a Prime Minister who will fight for their democracy and independence, not simply surrender it to the EU.
BACKGROUND
Around 60% of UK law comes from the European Union. Laws and regulations created by unelected and unaccountable EU officials (the European Commission).
While EU law affects the lives of British people, we the British people, our Parliament and Prime Minister, have little power to change or reject these laws.
This is why the UK’s June 23rd ‘EU Membership Referendum’ is so important.
Here is a recent example - prior to setting a referendum date, David Cameron attempted to renegotiate some terms with the EU on behalf of the British people, yet the EU would not agree to our terms.
Since it is clear that EU law undoubtedly undermines the power/authority of our Prime Minister, Parliamentary Sovereignty, and the democratic rights of the British electorate - the objective of this petition is as follows:
OBJECTIVE
We, the British people, ask Boris Johnson MP* to publicly challenge David Cameron during Prime Minister’s Questions with the following:
“Prime Minister, the British people challenge you to reconsider your current ‘remain’ position; and request that you instead campaign for Britain to ‘leave’ the EU – as the EU is undemocratic and unaccountable to Britain’s - Prime Minister, Parliament and voters.”
Furthermore – “Prime Minister, the people of Britain see it is your duty to back the ‘leave’ campaign, as in doing so, you will be fighting to restore Britain’s fundamental right to exclusive-self-governance. If you cannot change your position, then I ask on behalf of the British people (and with deep regret), that your role as Prime Minister be put to a parliamentary motion of no confidence, as the British people demand a Prime Minister who will fight for their democracy and independence, not simply surrender it to the EU.
“Prime Minister, will you back the leave campaign and fight to restore British Sovereignty?”

Quote 1) – “The European Commission is the EU's executive body. It represents the interests of the European Union as a whole (not the interests of individual countries).” – source: http://ec.europa.eu/about/index_en.htm
Below are current quotes from credible sources - while they are accepted as truth, sadly they are no longer strictly accurate. These are the reasons we need to challenge our Prime Minister to join us in this fight to leave the European Union – now is the time for us to reclaim our right to be independent and self-governing.
Quote 2) – "The Prime Minister is head of the UK government and is ultimately responsible for the policy and decisions of the government." - source: https://www.gov.uk/government/ministers/prime-minister
Quote 3) – “Parliamentary sovereignty is a principle of the UK constitution. It makes Parliament the supreme legal authority in the UK, which can create or end any law.” – source: https://www.parliament.uk/about/how/role/sovereignty/
If you believe it is the duty of a British Prime Minister to fight for British Sovereignty then please sign this important petition and also Vote Leave in the June 23rd Referendum – Thank you.
Footnote: *Our nominee to challenge the Prime Minister is Boris Johnson or another MP who is currently campaigning to ‘leave’ the EU.
