The government has made the commitment that from the age of 10, children and young people involved in all family court hearings in England and Wales will have access to judges to make their views and feelings known.

Lots of mothers are forced to hand over their innocent children to abusive fathers.

We believe children younger than 10 should be able to speak for themselves! 
My daughter is 8 and is very capable of saying what she does and doesn’t want to do but is forced to have to leave her family home to have contact with her biological father after the Family Court at Nottingham made a contact arrangement order. 

Children from the age of 8 are capable of saying yes or no and their feelings should be heard!

This age should be lowered to 8, which is an age that children are capable of speaking for themselves. 
So many children are killed by abusive parents that the main parent has tried to protect them from but the court forced them to hand them over. Threatening the parent with residency, with fines and even prison sentences for wanting to protect their innocent children from narcissistic fathers and their families.

Let children speak for themselves! It is their human right to speak up, let them be heard!
