“Justice for NMC Health share-holders.

NMC Health was a FTSE 100 London stock exchange listed company which was operating private hospitals based in UAE. In early 2020 the company went in to administration after a nearly $5 billion fraud was discovered. The company’s directors are accused of obtaining fraudulent loans.

Ernst and Young were auditors of the company and their published accounts report made no mention of the $5 billion loans. 

The directors have now fled to India and no one is being held accountable for one of the biggest fraud of our current times. 

Share holders demand to be compensated for this horrendous fraud and this fraud to be investigated at all levels: the London stock exchange and most importantly Ernst and Young LLP whose reports were relied on by investors.”
