I recently read about a case a pet owner let a dog's fur become so matted the vets couldn't tell what animal it was when it died.

They could only identify the type of animal from a CLAW!

This person only got a £500 fine and banned from keeping pets for 5 years!

This is absolutely disgusting and this needs to change!

Please help change this! Any person who can abuse or neglect an animal has no right to ever keep one again! Any charge of animal abuse or neglect should result in a mandatory sentence of never owning a animal again!
