Please bring back Boots Traditional Skin Care cream! 

This cream has been “temporarily unavailable” & out of stock for a whole year. Boots insist they have not discontinued the product and are having supplier issues but the product still hasn’t been brought back. 

This cream is amazing & is the only cream I have used on my skin that hydrates it. The cream costs a fantastic £3.49 and is therefore accessible to everyone. 

The new skin products that Boots have bought out that are in the same price range don’t work as well as this skin cream. I have tried about 8 different types of product by Boots & nothing comes up close to performing as well as this cream. 
Boots will not tell me what is the most similar to this product in terms of trying to replace it. Other Boots creams have either made my skin sting or not relieve any of the dryness on my face- and I don’t have sensitive skin! 

I request that Boots bring back this fabulous cream & that their buying team give a real update on when we are going to get it back in store if it really hasn’t been discontinued like they say! 
The Boots buying and merchandising team must have some idea on why & when this product will be coming back as they have to range build & have some idea of what is filling their shelves & when. I used to work in retail & buying/merchandising and am aware of the retail buying process. If your current supplier of the cream has problems supplying- why not try a new supplier? in retail buying where i used to work, suppliers were constantly competing with each other to supply products for the supermarket brand i worked for.

Boots if you can no longer supply this product, at least tell us which of your products are most similar to the ingredients used in this product. Being a guinea pig each time my skin cream runs out is proving to be expensive & i end up with creams that underperform compared to this product. 

Boots please bring back this cream permanently!! I’d love my skin to stop looking like a lizard & this cream was the only way I could do that!
