SHUT DOWN BOOHOO and it’s other companies

The Issue

I myself have ignorantly bought from these companies but now I’m more informed I think why do we sit here allowing people to make £50 million bonuses, whilst they pay workers £3.50 per hour. It’s absolutely disgusting. It’s illegal, yet the sanctions imposed on this company and other companies who have done similarly things is a FINE! These companies should be completely shut down and finished. Let’s just bear in mind if this was a small business with not much money, making a mistake in the eye of the law treatment would be different. Fast fashion needs to be banished. Understandably the more ethical brands are ridiculously overpriced forcing people to turn to cheaper brands. That’s why there should be limits to how much you spend on one item, because the labour to make these products is minimal to the cost. Here’s some articles to read. We need to start making changes and stop investing in mass consumerism. This goes right across the board from fashion to animal agriculture.
