Meijer has submitted a rezoning application for 7014 and 7090 Lockwood Blvd, seeking to rezone the properties to commercial in order to build a gas station and convenience store (similar to Get Go and Sheetz) directly across from Meijer's new site. 

There will already be increased traffic and negative impacts from the Meijer, for both Boardman and Canfield residents in that vicinity. Now they want to add a 24-hour gas station and convenience store. This will no doubt have a negative impact on our property values, safety and quality of life.

Enough is enough - when will the Boardman Trustees put residents first!
