At times like this, the weather is becoming substantially worse. Some dogs are being treated out in the cold unfairly. Even if the breed loves cold weather like Huskies or German Sheppards, it doesn’t matter because other dogs can suffer severely in the recent weather conditions that New Jersey residents have experienced.
