Simply because graduation is more than just throwing a cap in the air, or dressing up, or getting an important piece of paper, it's about celebrating achievements, being with the people you shared a part of your life with, being proud of your journey.

Would you please consider help the KCK graduates of 2020 to get their own graduation ceremony in their own stadiums this year instead of the Drive-In screen and sign this petition?

We were thinking of mid June with each high school having their own ceremony at night. This will not cost much (just the lighting of the stadiums and possibly the security but that is minimal considering many of our KCK students are first time graduates or the last child in their families.

We all understand that Covic-19 was unexpected and understand the safety behind the social distancing. But at the same time our children deserves much better than a thrown together movie for graduation. They have already lost the last couple months with friends. They will miss prom senior breakfast their senior trip at least they should get the best graduation they can. Please give the graduating class of 2020 a chance to walk the stage by pushing the date back farther than June 1st. Thank you all so much for signing.
