The Issue
Adopting online payment of bills through banks (BPI, LandBank, MetroBank, etc,) will lessen the number of consumers who need to line-up/queue at the Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative (ZAMCELCO) and Zamboanga City Water District’s (ZCWD) respective payment centers/offices thereby REDUCING THE RISK OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19.
