We would like to petition for the waiver of CPD requirements for the renewal of Practising Certificate in view of the ongoing pandemic for the following reasons:

1) Tripled/ doubled workloads due to contract prolongation resulting in lesser time for other involvements;

2) Retrenchment and pay cuts affecting our cash flows. Most seminars offered relatively low CPD points despite long hours and exorbitant cost fees that not all companies are willing to sponsor;

3) Limited seats for Webinars despite they are conducted virtually, most events are sold out within hours or the same day of posting.

4) Year 2022 would continue be challenging for the industry as we learn to live with Covid 19.
