Over the years, Blue Bell Creameries has released dozens of unique limited time flavors - King's Cake, Camo, Chocolate Brownie Decadence, Key Lime Mango Tart, etc. In 2017, Blue Bell Creameries released a new flavor to its collection, Bride's Cake. With this release came the resurrection of Groom's Cake. Groom's Cake was a chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake pieces and chocolate covered strawberry hearts, as well as swirls of strawberry sauce and chocolate icing. While both were intended for a limited time release, Bride's Cake has remained in your freezer aisle and Groom's Cake was phased out, not even to return as a wedding season rotational item.

I am looking forward to the day Groom's Cake eventually makes it's way back to stores. After all, the ice cream flavor was first introduced in 2009 and brought back in 2017. However, I cannot wait eight years for someone to MAYBE take a chance and bring it back. Every time I go out for ice cream, I think of this flavor and need it in my life immediately. We all do. 

If you, like me, tried this ice cream, which could only be described as perfect, in either 2009 or 2017 and have been chasing that flavor since, please sign this petition to ask Blue Bell Creameries to bring back Groom's Cake in any capacity - seasonal or permanently. Heck, I'd be satisfied with a limited time rerelease! (And maybe later we can talk about Key Lime Mango Tart being sold to Florida based audiences.)
