The Issue
Over the years, BLS International has been the primary service provider for passport and consular services to Indian citizens in Malaysia. However, it has come to my attention that the quality of service provided by LS International has not been up to the professional standards that we, as Indian citizens, expect and deserve.
In contrast, We suspected BLS International reduced Booking slots and push customers for there premium services. Asking money to book slots.These actions have been greatly appreciated by the Indian community in Malaysia, as they have made the passport application process more accessible and affordable.
Avoid Pushing Home Collection Services: It is disheartening to witness that LS International sometimes pushes customers to opt for premium services, which come at an additional cost. I believe that passport and consular services should be provided to all citizens without unnecessary financial burdens.
Facilitate Form Filling: Instead of charging fees to assist individuals in filling out forms, consider offering this assistance for free. This would simplify the application process and make it more user-friendly.
Increase Service Counters: To reduce waiting times and improve efficiency, consider adding more service counters. This would help serve Indian citizens more promptly and respectfully.
