Jennifer Goff’s Murderer is up for parole again. His name is Robert Turley. He sexually assaulted and murdered her in 1984 when she was only 12 years old. 
Robert Turley wrote a letter to me 12 years ago claiming his INNOCENCE!! To rape and kill a child cannot be forgiven when you have ZERO REMORSE!! When a man can’t even admit his crime how dare he be released.
You can imagine the PTSD and survivors guilt I’ve lived with my entire life.
He was stalking us for months prior to her murder. Robert tried to get me to go with him in to the same wooded area she was killed in just 4 days before her murder. No one believed that one of our neighbors could be as “scary” or as “bad” as Jennifer and I were saying.
I ask to block his parole because he received 25 years to life for this crime and he should serve LIFE!! 
We all had to live a full life without her. A beautiful, vibrant young lady lost her life that day. I can tell you that she wanted to have a family of her own, a gorgeous wedding day and her beautiful wedding dress. But, even sooner..her first kiss, her first boyfriend and we often wondered what her career would be… Way too many things were taken away from her.
If he is released, myself and her loved ones will still be serving prison time. He will be free. Good behavior in prison is not enough.What hurts most about all of this, is that we were ignored as children. And here we are being ignored as adults. I’m her voice, and nobody cared to contact me for this special consideration parole hearing. How can you not want to listen to us again?
