In Overwatch, each hero/character has a significant backstory which defines who they are separating them from everyone else (Lore). But our beloved Hero Zenyatta, has still not gotten Lore even after 3 years being in the game. What's also upsetting is characters who have only been newly released into the game have already more Lore then Zenyatta even though he was one of the OG's in Overwatch. We want Zenyatta Lore because we only know so little about him and there's so much more to learn about his past, like how he was created, how he taught Genji, is there a darker side to him, how was he brought up, did he have a role with Overwatch, what was his role in the Omnic crisis etc. Zenyatta is one of the most loved characters in the game and it hurts that we don't know much about him so if Blizzard were to finally make this happen, I think most of the overwatch fanbase and players would be finally fulfilled after 3 years.
