I have been a loyal customer to Blizzard Entertainment for numerous years, and just recently I have been banned for "use of 3rd party software". After submitting a few appeals explaining why I was innocent, the ban has not been overturned. I have even provided PROOF, that my computer was infected with mal-ware.

I am not one of the Cheaters that Blizzard has been looking for, I would aboslutely not risk my MAIN character a permanent ban. I'm Xelnath@Zul'jin, I've been raiding with the Guild Mirrored Reasoning for quite some time now, and have become great friends with the people there. To let this ban stay permanent is basically forcing me to leave them.

With your help, I'm sure we can persuade blizzard to overturn this ban so I can continue enjoying the game World of Warcraft, with my friends.
