Who are we?

We are a group of students at Blair academy who demand that action be taken to move the school in a direction that is truly inclusive, diverse, and representative of the WHOLE student body, not just one population. 

Why is this being created?

Blair Academy can do better. We believe that as students of the institution, we have a responsibility to do our part in taking action and making the school a better place for all of its students. Keeping the school accountable for instances where racism is bypassed, the lack of understanding and willingness that precedes the campus as a whole, the need for voices to be truly heard, are just some of the reasons why we believe a platform must be created to address the many issues that affect our community. As nice as the “Blair bubble” is made out to be, there are aspects of the experience that are just not addressed and not talked about. It is essential that Blair faces these facts if it intends to wholeheartedly support all of its students. That is why this is being made. We are demanding our school to be better.
