Dear Mr. Eaton,

As parents, grandparents and caregivers, we understand that the education and realization of Blackwell students' limitless potential are your top priorities. We also believe decisions you make are guided by these principles. 

For several reasons, our current environment requires us to consider alternative ways to achieve our shared goals. One change the school is considering is to combine 4th and 5th grades for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 school years.

We respectfully request a meeting with you to better understand the need for this proposed change and its potential impact on teachers and students.  

In an effort to make the meeting as productive as possible, we can submit questions in advance.
