Blackpink Apology for Cultural Appropriation

Blackpink Apology for Cultural Appropriation
The Issue
I am a blink and love blackpink so much however I cannot ignore that blackpink have issues. There are many instances of cultural appropriation from blackpink and I think it important that we hold them accountable.
Here is a list of instances of racism from blackpink:
1. Jennie said the n-word in a song as a teenager
2.They have worn box braids and corn rows, for example, Lisa wore box braids in the kill this love music video.
3.They've mocked and appropriated Indian culture. For example they've worn bindis and indian jewelry and they've mocked Indian dances.
4. They've done the Tunak dance which is racist and stereotypes South Asians.
5. They've used Native American culture in their songs, for example, war cries and the traditional rain dance.
We need to get an apoplogy from the blackpink girls. I want them to be able to learn from this and be more aware of racist issues. They are so popular that they act as role models for so many people across the world and apologising will also show people the importance of not being racist and holding people accountable when they are.
