Jack Fullen as Superintendant

The Issue

While Dr. Kerber is on a sick leave until August, they are looking for a "Substitute". I think most of Blackhawk will agree with me that JACK FULLEN is the ONLY man for the job. There is NOBODY more qualified than him to handle this job. This man bleeds green and gold!!! PLEASE SHARE AND SIGN!!! They kicked him out we need to BRING HIM BACK!!!!
