I am calling for immediate accountability and formal review of the handling of my case by law enforcement and related authorities. On June 8, 2024, the father of my child took my daughter without any legal custody rights. At that time I held full legal custody and no court order existed granting him custodial authority. Despite clear documentation law enforcement failed to enforce the custody order or take appropriate action to ensure my child’s return. Since that date I have received repeated vulgar, threatening, and racially charged messages from him in direct violation of an active protection order. In addition I have documented evidence that members of his family have engaged in ongoing online stalking and harassment. All claims made in this petition are supported by preserved evidence including messages, screenshots, timelines, and records. Despite providing this proof I have been subjected to continued scrutiny while the individual responsible for violating custody and protection orders has faced no meaningful consequences. This failure undermines the integrity of protective systems designed to safeguard children and victims. When custody orders are ignored and protection orders are unenforced the safety of families is placed at serious risk. I am demanding a formal review of this case, immediate enforcement of all existing custody and protection orders, accountability for documented violations of the law, and equitable treatment for victims seeking protection. This petition is not about retaliation but about ensuring that laws intended to protect children and vulnerable individuals are enforced consistently and without bias. Accountability is not optional and inaction is not acceptable.
