This is a law in the untimely fatal shooting of Rayshard Brooks. This is a petition to make it unlawful to arrest anyone asleep in a public parking lot park or in front of their home with the automobile running in park. The protocol for officer's would be to knock on the window ask the driver if they need a ride home and call them a cab or Uber or family member. If you are not driving you can't be charged with a DUI this would protect the drivers and this is what the proper protocol should be for any officer. Also when the driver is asked to take a breathalyzer test the officer must show the driver and his body camera for his superiors and DOJ to have as evidence. This would stop all the misunderstanding. Thanks hopefully you all will sign the petition. I've had officer's try me like that even when I passed the field sobriety test. And still put the cadaver dog in my car to search it out of anger.
